Charcuterie & Food Items — Local Delivery (South Florida)
Royal Vines currently offers local delivery within South Florida for all charcuterie orders. We do not ship perishable food items via mail carrier at this time.

  • Delivery area: Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties
  • Delivery is available on select days; available dates will be displayed at checkout
  • A delivery fee may apply depending on your location and order size; free delivery thresholds will be noted at checkout
  • You will receive a confirmation with your estimated delivery window once your order is placed
  • Someone must be available to receive perishable deliveries. Royal Vines is not responsible for items left unattended that become compromised
  • Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance to allow for preparation

Merchandise — Standard Shipping
Branded merchandise orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

  • Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
  • Processing time: 2–3 business days before shipment
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

Royal Vines is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@theroyalvines.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Event Tickets
Event tickets are delivered digitally via email upon purchase. No physical shipping is required. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your ticket confirmation within 15 minutes of purchase.

International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders are fulfilled within the United States.
