Royal Vines was built on a simple but radical idea — that wine belongs to everyone. Not just the collectors, not just the connoisseurs, and definitely not just the people who already know what "terroir" means. Since our soft launch in 2012 and official establishment in 2017, Royal Vines has grown into South Florida's premier wine culture brand — part consultancy, part experience company, all personality.
We operate under one roof with two clear missions: to create engaging, entertaining, and educational beverage experiences for individuals and groups, and to help restaurants, hotels, and lounges build beverage programs that actually perform. Whether we're guiding a room full of first-time wine drinkers through their first proper tasting or restructuring a hotel's wine list to maximize revenue per cover, the standard is always the same — excellence, accessibility, and a good time along the way.

What We Do...
Royal Vines operates at the intersection of hospitality, education, and entertainment. On the events and experiences side, we design and execute curated wine and spirits tastings, wine dinners, cocktail experiences, corporate team building, bachelorette experiences, luxury picnics, brand activations, and private sommelier services throughout South Florida. Every experience is built to be memorable, approachable, and genuinely fun — because the best wine education never feels like a lecture.
On the consulting side, we work directly with independent restaurants, boutique hotels, and lounges to elevate their beverage programs from the ground up. That means auditing your current list, restructuring your wine and cocktail program for profitability, training your service staff to sell and speak about beverages with confidence, and building the systems that turn your beverage program into your highest-margin revenue stream. We've done it across five South Florida operations and we show up every time with nearly two decades of on-premise expertise and zero tolerance for a mediocre wine list.
We also offer Fractional Market Development services for wine and spirits brands seeking South Florida market penetration — driving placement, velocity, and account relationships without the cost of a full-time regional manager.
