1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Royal Vines, we stand behind everything we offer — from our artisan charcuterie boards to our ticketed events and wine club membership. Please review the following policies for each product type.

Charcuterie & Perishable Items
All charcuterie boards and food items are perishable and made to order. Due to the nature of fresh, handcrafted food products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@theroyalvines.com with a photo of the item. We will issue a store credit or replacement at our discretion.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout, refusal of delivery, or failure to be available to receive a perishable order.

Events & Tickets
All event ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds on ticketed events. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event date. In the event Royal Vines cancels or postpones an event, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event of equal value, at your choice.

The Reserve Club (Wine Club Membership)
Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. See our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy for full details.

Merchandise
Merchandise items (apparel, accessories, etc.) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items and custom/personalized merchandise are final sale. To initiate a return, email info@theroyalvines.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
